Heather and Michael were married on March 5th in an intimate and emotional ceremony in Pittsburg PA where the couple lives. A few days later the pair packed up and adventured on a little road trip to Buffalo NY with their little girl Brooklyn. We felt honored to be photographing their love, and excited just to be seeing them. We loved getting to meet Brooklyn as she fluttered around the Gardens with her little flower crown, and having time to visit with Michael and Heather as we took pictures.
The Buffalo Botanical Gardens is one of our favorite places for photography. Its actually one of our favorite places to BE. We are plant nerds and so we love greenhouses in general because we enjoy being around so many beautiful plants. The light coming through the conservatory is a photographers dream and so we were so happy to escape the cold Buffalo Winter day while taking photos in this sunny green oasis.
When you meet Kristal you instantly are greeted with a huge smile and overcome with the amount of positive energy she puts out! To know her, is to adore her and so its no wonder that Dan found himself completely in love with her. Kristal is not the only one who stole a piece of Dans heart; Charlie, Kristal's son, is a huge part of their life. it wasn't long after meeting that Charlie and Dan became best friends and the three of them, along with their two dogs sure make one adorable and happy little family!
Trevor and Larkin have such a fun and adventurous love. They travel together and they are always adventuring and exploring new things side by side. The two are high school sweethearts who have grown up together and still look at each other like they are locking eyes for the first time. They have the kind of love we LOVE to photograph.

Tony and Gina love adventure. Chris and Leanne hiked to the spot of their very first date, Wolf Creek in Letchworth State Park. When They reached the overlook he dropped to one knee and asked Leanne to be his bride.
The first thing people say about Liza and Zach's love is that it is simple, and true. They both are the type of people that find pleasure in the simple joys of life. The pair first met at work and when their blue eyes met, they were both smitten. It wasn't long at all before they were spending time together- going on dates and falling in love. Its obvious in the photos, full of smiles and laughter, how much these two adore each other and how happy their love is.
Stephanie and Garth surrounded themselves with all of their closest friends and family and became husband and wife in a beautiful pond side ceremony in Springwater NY. The Lodge at Springwater was the perfect place for the couple to wed at. Their friends and family enjoyed the lodge, the pool, and the music that filled the air. Their ceremony was so heartfelt and beautiful. There was great food, great music, great dancing and great people.
The details, oh the details!! The Landmark Theatre is stunning through and through. with intricately carved woodwork, grand murals, stained glass, and chandeliers there is not a detail that was forgotten. When you step into it, the grandness of it awes you and transports you back in time. Tina didn't miss a thing when designing her lush garden inspired floral arrangements and table settings. Rebecca and Rock got married in a romantic ceremony on a private homestead property in Avon NY. We can't get enough of all of the details. They said their vows and celebrated wth family and friends with a backdrop of Kilts and bagpipes, homemade soaps, celtic music, and the best wedding food we've ever had!
Saying goodbye to our sister for 3 years is hard, but we are so happy to watch her chase her dreams and get her doctorate! Her heart is here with Justin and her family but her smart brain is in Philly getting even smarter!
Hey everyone! Henrietta's parents got married!! Lauren and Heinrich's wedding was perfect from beginning to end. The ceremony took place under a huge pergola designed and built by the groom as a gift to his bride using locally milled wood from the Amish. Their yard was transformed with diy details, wildflowers, and tons of personal touches.
When a cheese food truck showed up, the guests lined up for unique and delicious cheesy treats.
It was a perfect backyard wedding, to celebrate a very special and beautiful love.
Molly and Brian met on the suny Geneseo campus and love quickly blossomed. I don't think they ever stop giggling and having fun! they are planning a July 2017 wedding and honeymoon.
