Meet the Fitch's - Kelli & Andrew get married at the Avon Century Barn - Avon NY
A perfect summer day, a beautiful couple madly in love, family, friends, flowers everywhere and lots of dancing!
The Fitch wedding was one for the books! Starting the day at the Hampton Inn, Kelli and Andrew prepared for their wedding day in a frenzy of excitment surrounded by friends and family. Kelli was absolutley gorgeous as she was pampered by Blush Makeup and Hair and her hair was completely stunning, with flowers strewn through it. The bridesmaids all stood by with smiles as she was buttoned into her dress and became the picture of a perfect bride. Andrew and his groomsmen laughed and joked as they put on their ties, pinned on their boutonnieres and the excitement built for the special day ahead of them.
The Avon Century Barn was the beautiful venue that hosted the Fitch's wedding celebration. The ceremony took place in front of the Grand house while live music played for the commencement of the bride. A very personal and heartfelt ceremony, with special readings from family members had many in tears. It was a moving sight to see so much love for both Kelli and Andrew and the outpour of support for their marriage. After the two shared their first kiss as husband and wife, guests released butterflies in celebration for the beautiful new union. The reception was held in a stunning barn, draped in white linens, lit by beautiful chandeliers and lush with florals, which Kelli arranged herself. Kelli worked hard to make her wedding unique and beautiful; hand making many of the special touches herself. Each guests was gifted homemade Jam; a lemonade bar offered a unique twist of flavor shots to spruce up this summertime staple and the kids of the party got to enjoy a kids area complete with games, coloring books and of course, candy.
Everyone enjoyed a perfect mix of an indoor/outdoor celebration with a gorgeous landscaped yard, full of wicker furniture, wooden rockers and customized yard games. Dinner was excellent, served by Partyman Catering - the guests enjoyed a menu specially chosen by the newlyweds which included a gourmet smore bar. The cake was a beautiful ruffled cake, with gold accents and fresh flowers. Guests also had a choice of several delicious cupcake options. After some fabulous personality infused introductions, the couples first dance, (which came with a bonus surprise of the Brides brother singing their song) and the mother son / father daughter dances -the party really started to get exciting. Never has there been a party with wilder dance moves, so many dance circles, or more shimmying. The dancing continued non stop throughout the night as guests laughed and celebrated together.
In the end, the most beautiful part of this wedding was the love story that inspired the whole thing! Kelli and Andrew met while both serving in the Military. It was a love that kept building as they both were so drawn to each other and the more time they spent talking, the more love grew and grew, Kelli and Andrew both also serve as NYS troopers. In their down time the couple like spending time with their adorable dog, and enjoying adventures together. They are wild about each other and thats something we were happy to be celebrating!
